IT Internship – Intranet Development & Implementation

During this internship, you will develop and implement a new intranet for Assai, based on SharePoint Online Hub Sites. This intranet will become the central location for internal information and must integrate seamlessly with systems such as HR Bob, OneDrive, Teams and Confluence, while also meeting internal security guidelines.

You will be working on:

• Designing and setting up a user-friendly and easily navigable intranet
• Identifying the needs and requirements of different teams
• Developing access rights and governance structures (with support)
• Technically configuring the Hub Site, departmental sites, navigation and search capabilities
• Creating an initial Power Automate workflow for content management
• Contributing to documentation and a clear handover for administrators

By the end of your internship, a fully functional intranet will be ready for Assai to use right away.

You are curious, detail-oriented and enjoy developing solutions that truly help others. In addition:

• You are pursuing a degree in ICT, Business IT & Management, Information Science or a related field
• You have affinity with Microsoft 365 (especially SharePoint and Power Automate)
• You are interested in topics such as security, governance and process improvement
• You work in a structured way and enjoy collaborating with different teams
• You like thinking about how information can be organised logically, securely and future-proof

You don’t need to be an expert yet—enthusiasm and motivation are what matter most.
