The Security and Safety Things (SAST) department of Bosch in Eindhoven is leading the change in the security industry technology space. Our Android based IoT platform for security cameras gives manufacturers, app developers, integrators, and distributors access to scalable applications and open firmware. This is what you’ll do
At SAST we are continuously looking for talented students who help us the different challenges we face. Assignments you can work on include:
Investigate and introduce automated options for Static code analysis and Security analysis;
Investigate and introduce automated options for identifying and validating coding style issues;
Remove GPU dependency from AOSP (Android Open Source Project) software stack;
Port custom AOSP (Android Open Source Project) software stack from version OREO (8.1) to PIE (9);
Enhancing / creating a validation framework for E2E device testing.
This is you
You are currently following a hbo or university (bachelor or master) study in the field of IT, Software, Embedded Systems or a related study and are looking for a challenging (graduation) internship starting September 2019. Additionally, you recognize yourself in the following points:
You can work independently, take initiative and are proactive;
You have knowledge in Java and C/C++;
Your working style could be described as collaborative, autonomous, curious and structured;
Self-motivated to explore new technologies, applications and environments.
